Milo has changed the way I talk about my career. Both in the written form and when I talk to people. No longer do I pass responsibilities off as a mundane everyday task, I talk about these as achievements as something of which I am proud of. I can now look at my working life and pick out the successes and celebrate them. Milo helped me to recognise the importance of this.
Thanks to Milo, I talk about challenges with confidence and how I learnt from them. I perfected the art of the ‘Elevator pitch’, of which I practised on unsuspecting people on the train ride home and secured a role on the SLT!

I have a job which I really enjoy and that is all down to Milo's hard work and relentless support. I could not recommend the 18-07 coaching enough, it is a fantastic opportunity to grow confidence and discover what areas of the job market you could turn your hand to.
