NetSupport DNA has helped us in that we’ve moved away from our previous solution, which we used to use for remote support. The fact that now that we can use DNA and NetSupport School together – and remote onto a client computer and it’s pretty much instant – has really helped us work more efficiently. It works really well with dual monitors too, and that’s also a big plus for us.

NetSupport School has made a big difference in our classroom. Teachers love the fact that they can, just with a few clicks, actively monitor the students. They can assess them and use the collaborative tools to easily provide an outstanding lesson. They love it because it’s just so easy. It’s all from one console and they can just do everything with a few clicks.

We have seen schools moving to NetSupport DNA because of its broad feature set and competitive price. NetSupport DNA seems to keep going from strength to strength. It includes all of the core features (plus some surprises: endpoint security, SNMP management and multi-site management) – and the safeguarding tools the school relies on to keep students safe. The final decision was taken after trialing NetSupport DNA, when the price to purchase came in lower than the renewal cost of the existing solutions.
