I'm getting observed this week. This video came just in time. Great tips!

This is spot-on advice. I especially agree with the opening point of asking positive, open-ended questions right at the start. It gets the parents talking and feel relaxed because they all love to talk about their kids.

I'm going to be watching more of these videos. I'm in college at the moment working towards being a primary school teacher.
